He/She holds the ability to bring harmony to the living energy systems of the individual human, their community, animals, plants and the greater world. These methods of healing and problem-solving through sensitivity to energy and the ability to balance it are important.

The practice calls us to awaken our inherent nature. It is the fundamental principles of almost all healing and spiritual traditions. However it is not a faith, but a constantly evolving wisdom tradition in which we learn purely from our own, individual and collective, personal experience.

Nor is it a religion and it is dogma-free, indeed it supports any existing spiritual practice a person may already hold. The practitioner follows practices that nourish the sacred in the Self and the world and comes to see, know and work with all energy as sacred.

This holistic pattern is thoroughly rooted in the Spiritual energy of the land. There is a deep honoring of the lineage of your land, the archetypes, mythology and sacred sites that hold our tradition. Alongside native,or indigenous practices have been incorporated that many others draw from these common practices come through all worldwide traditions.

Outstanding among these traditions supporting the pathway of the heart, is the ancient wisdom teachings, with cutting edge breakthrough techniques for Energetic-Spiritual, Psycho-Emotional and Physical emergence.

It is a path of holistic development and evolution, a path of remembering who we truly are in our essence and a path of finding the strength to live daily from that place of authenticity.

The pathway of the heart brings the practitioner deep into Nature and into the Self at the same time, to learn to travel to the world of their Spirit, beyond ordinary time and space, to retrieve healing, guidance and vision.

This path is one of integrity allowing the practitioner to emerge as an empowered, autonomous truth seeker who is free to touch and express the ecstatic essence of Life. The pathway to the heart is built upon our innate understanding, literally “retrieving, through the energy of compassion”.

The word for “healing” is the same as the word for “retrieval” and the training supports self-healing and return to wholeness through our recovery of essential parts of ourselves that have been damaged, hidden or lost..

The process takes us from “victim” to “warrior”- a “warrior of the heart” who is testimony to the courage to heal and who shines with the luminosity of one who lives from their heart.

In the world traditions, there is no difference between the “heart” and the “soul”, a vision that a sacred, soulful life is realized through compassion and love.

The pathway to the heart assists us to incorporate Healing ways of self-care and Connection to the energies of the natural world, into a modern daily life with ease and simplicity.

When we do this, our entire day becomes informed by a strong, positive intent which opens our heart and allows us to participate in and observe life, with greater meaning.

We become more attuned to ourselves as Body-Mind-Spirit organisms and , we witness more and more the Energetic-Spiritual energy in all that is material.

Our perception leads us inward and outward shifting to a new insightful focus, revealing more the beauty and dimensions of the Self and Creation.

Live your life with purpose .

I can not tell you how many times I am called for a coaching session to help someone find his or her  "life's purpose."

According to each soul, they have taken classes, attended retreats, listened to tapes, talked to counselors, read books, treatises, and tea leaves, channeled and chanted, did their numerology and astrology, researched, and still, like a an elusive mysterious unknown entity it vanished “Poof” I hear more often then not "I'm almost 50 and I still don't know what I want to do with my life," “What do I do when I grow up?

I have this question come across my e-mail or my phone lines begging, pleading for the answer.

I have felt this sense of meaninglessness crushing them.

I find myself saying something very unusual, given that I'm the catalyst of helping souls find their callings. "Forget your "life's purpose" and live your life on purpose ," I say and  I'll say it to you, too. really, stop looking and let something find you.

Finding a calling isn't like finding the tree in the forest.

It's more like being a wolf and naming the mountain you live on.

Relax.

You already have it.

Just start loving what you love.

If nothing jumps out at you and propels you to leap forward, then leap where you are.

Leap into your present life.

Every soul is so consumed with the thought that there was some big IT out there that they are made to feel empty and useless.

You have great friends, a beautiful garden, a dog and family who love you .

You are learning to do Qigong and you are helping your best friend find a job. But none of this matters you exclaim.

You are holding out for the strike of magnificent moment AHA! YOU WILL SAY, and nothing we talked about seems big and grand enough to be a "life's purpose."

You want passion, craziness, a audience applauding, and a meteor soaring the sky with your full name in the moon the stars and the sun, complete with middle initial.

Life is often not that clear.

Your purpose can be simple and pure, and so natural to you, that it sometimes feels ordinary or like fish to water or the wolf on the mountain .

Your purpose can also start out with a small gesture or action.

Passion can begin like a drop of rain before it turns into a amazing wild ocean.

Searching is often the very fact that you do not want to make a choice.

When I teach the Artist’s Way and individuals do the Morning pages- three long hand stream of conscious pages that you write every morning, about half way through the class they want to bail – they are sick of hearing themselves complain and blame themselves and others over and over. They are sick of their STORY

These individuals are so  sick of their story and they can’t or don’t want to make the choices that are necessary.

Yet making choices will help you gain the experience you need with which to make further distinctions and decisions.

Many of us are in relationships and we don't want to leave, but we don’t want to commit to it either.

Maybe you are not sure he is “the one"

Maybe he has been the one forever and it no longer works- you keep thinking that maybe there was some one more arresting or spellbinding out there.

After all, you went to the theater and you know that everyone else is making love on the beach or dancing cheek to cheek in mists and moonlight.

So you doubt your choice--and doubting keeps you from making a choice. Commit - Leave - Stay - Capitulate AAAHHH !!!

You find therapist who really loved his wife and wanted others to love their partners just as much.

You tell him that you are afraid that if I committed to the relationship or to leaving the relationship that you are feeling as though you have missed out on something.

He looks at you in the eyes, smiles, and said the words that changed your life.

"You're missing out right now,"

The only moment is NOW. "

You're with this man over here, only you're not experiencing everything this relationship has given to you.

You haven't sat down at the table to have a meal.

You've just looked at the menu.

No wonder you're still hungry."

Or you have had the same meal over and over and over again – there is no mystery , no spark but are you here and NOW or in the past, in the future – are you present?  really present ?

NOW?

How long have you been missing in action?

You realized that you  had been missing in action in most of your life, not fully present in anything.

You are expecting to be moved by something.

But that's not how it works.

First we reach out, and then someone reach’s out to us- We have opened up where before we were closed.

This isn’t a conformation to stay or to go – It is a request to be AWAKE.

Finding your life's purpose:

If you have something that whispers to or reaches out to you, by all means run to it with expedience.

If you're just beginning your search, keep your mind and heart open in Ayurveda - (Mano the mind = heart) they say make the big decisions with your heart leave the small decisions to your brain.

Do not discount what you love —or tell yourself it's no big deal and that you could never make a living that way.

Take lots of soul space to listen to your soul.

If you feel as though you've been searching for a while and you are going no where , then. Stop looking and Start loving.

Quit living on the outskirts of your life, and go to town.

Appreciate the roses in your garden, the cashier at the local grocery store, the bookseller, the fact that your car runs, and the comfort of your abode.

Take great care of the people in your life.

Practice treating everyone, especially yourself, with kindness and reverence.

Enter this life as though it's the only one you'll ever have.

The moment you go towards anything with attention, connection, care, and compassion, the road to purpose and passion will greet you.

Never ever ever stop dancing EVER

Find the power and inspiration to live your most authentic and meaningful life.

Wishing you blessings on your journey -

Erin
