He/She holds the ability to bring harmony to the living energy systems of the individual human, their community, animals, plants and the greater world. These methods of healing and problem-solving through sensitivity to energy and the ability to balance it are important.

The practice calls us to awaken our inherent nature. It is the fundamental principles of almost all healing and spiritual traditions. However it is not a faith, but a constantly evolving wisdom tradition in which we learn purely from our own, individual and collective, personal experience.

Nor is it a religion and it is dogma-free, indeed it supports any existing spiritual practice a person may already hold. The practitioner follows practices that nourish the sacred in the Self and the world and comes to see, know and work with all energy as sacred.

This holistic pattern is thoroughly rooted in the Spiritual energy of the land. There is a deep honoring of the lineage of your land, the archetypes, mythology and sacred sites that hold our tradition. Alongside native,or indigenous practices have been incorporated that many others draw from these common practices come through all worldwide traditions.

Outstanding among these traditions supporting the pathway of the heart, is the ancient wisdom teachings, with cutting edge breakthrough techniques for Energetic-Spiritual, Psycho-Emotional and Physical emergence.

It is a path of holistic development and evolution, a path of remembering who we truly are in our essence and a path of finding the strength to live daily from that place of authenticity.

The pathway of the heart brings the practitioner deep into Nature and into the Self at the same time, to learn to travel to the world of their Spirit, beyond ordinary time and space, to retrieve healing, guidance and vision.

This path is one of integrity allowing the practitioner to emerge as an empowered, autonomous truth seeker who is free to touch and express the ecstatic essence of Life. The pathway to the heart is built upon our innate understanding, literally “retrieving, through the energy of compassion”.

The word for “healing” is the same as the word for “retrieval” and the training supports self-healing and return to wholeness through our recovery of essential parts of ourselves that have been damaged, hidden or lost..

The process takes us from “victim” to “warrior”- a “warrior of the heart” who is testimony to the courage to heal and who shines with the luminosity of one who lives from their heart.

In the world traditions, there is no difference between the “heart” and the “soul”, a vision that a sacred, soulful life is realized through compassion and love.

The pathway to the heart assists us to incorporate Healing ways of self-care and Connection to the energies of the natural world, into a modern daily life with ease and simplicity.

When we do this, our entire day becomes informed by a strong, positive intent which opens our heart and allows us to participate in and observe life, with greater meaning.

We become more attuned to ourselves as Body-Mind-Spirit organisms and , we witness more and more the Energetic-Spiritual energy in all that is material.

Our perception leads us inward and outward shifting to a new insightful focus, revealing more the beauty and dimensions of the Self and Creation.

The Mothers in Our Lives

“God could not be everywhere, so he created mothers.”
– Jewish Proverb

With this Sunday of May comes the reminder to celebrate the mothers in our lives. While the opportunity to honor these important figures exists every day, we don’t always seize the opportunity.

A reminder set in the year is a nice nudge to our consciousness to express gratitude and appreciation.

For Mothers’ Day, we’d like to honor all of the mothers in our lives. This, of course, includes the individual who gave us life and nurtured us from childhood to adulthood.

It also includes other motherly figures in our lives, whose role may not have been to give us birth, yet who have played an integral part in who we are today. And then there is Mother Earth or Mother Nature, who so lovingly and gracefully provides for us and supports us our entire lives.

Finally, there is the Divine Mother, the aspect of the Divine from where all creation springs forth.

In the Vedic culture, from which Ayurveda arises, the woman plays a vital and essential role in society.

Women are considered the torchbearers of culture and the custodians of the moral fiber of society. As mothers, women are the primary teachers to a child during the child’s most impressionable age.

These instructions are not just the ABC’s of the alphabet, but also the ABC’s of life. Compassion, security, appropriate social skills, giving and sharing, justice, patience and kindness—these are the skills that a mother teaches both directly and through example, which help children blossom into their own unique beings as adolescents and young adults. And in the most traditional of cultures, a woman reminds the newborn that it has come into this life to serve the Divine will, and to live a life that travels on the road to Truth and Light.

For these mothers and mother-like figures in our lives, we offer our gratitude and respect. Though they may carry their own imperfections, there is no doubt that they have given of themselves and provided us with a foundation from which each of us can grow.

They put up with our antics so that we could learn to express ourselves. They gave us counsel and guidance in the best way they knew how to keep us going.

They taught us the difference between right and wrong, so that we could start making decisions for ourselves. And then they taught us the world isn’t so black and white, and that we must also learn to be thinking, problem-solving human beings.

It is difficult to repay the debt to a mother. What you can give are the same kindnesses that were given to you: space and opportunity to grow; sharing of love, compassion, and patience; and exposure to those things that you know have benefited you.

If you have found things in your life that you know have benefited you, including Ayurveda, Yoga, or meditation, share those with the moms in your world.

These health-promoting, life-giving gifts can bring joy, peace, satisfaction, and quality of life to those you love.

“We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature – trees, flowers, grass – grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence… We need silence to be able to touch souls.” –Mother Teresa

In addition to your human mothers, take this time to remember Mother Earth and Mother Nature. As Mother Teresa reminds us, Mother Nature works on a daily basis in silence without the expectation of anything in return. When we get caught up in the daily hustle and bustle, we forget that we could not survive without the natural resources that support us and nourish us on a daily basis.

At Perfecthealthwecome2u.com , we are particularly grateful for all that Mother Nature provides, particularly the healing intelligence of the plants and herbs.

We strive to direct you to source herbs that have been collected sustainably, so that we know that Mother Earth is not being stripped of her resources, and that we are working in collaboration with her rather than taking advantage of her.

We also hope that you are able to find a relationship with the plants and herbs that come into your life, and we encourage you to communicate with your herbs, showing them appreciation for what they give, and setting an intention for how you would like them to work.

Finally, take this opportunity to remember your connection with the Divine Mother, the creative and nurturing aspect of the Divine.

It is from this creative energy that this whole universe exists. Whether you need the comfort of an understanding Mother’s lap, the inspiration of a creative force, the cultivation of a patient and compassionate nature, or an understanding of the interconnectedness of all creation, look to the Divine Mother as your guide.

This is your ultimate source of love, nourishment, and energy. And this connection is there to be experienced through a variety of mediums, including the traditional such as meditation and yoga, and also through the artistic, such as music, devotion, and art.

So as you celebrate Mother’s Day this Sunday of May, remember with gratitude all that you’ve been given, and choose with love to continue giving of yourself, in honor and reverence of all of the mothers in your life.
